What we collect

Your Whop account id, name, username, email and profile picture when you sign in; the videos and links you submit; the clips we generate; and your purchase history (amounts and plans, never card details, which Whop handles).

How we use it

To make your clips, to keep track of your minutes, and to support you. Transcription and moment selection may be performed by AI providers acting on our behalf (currently Deepgram for transcription, and DeepSeek or Anthropic for picking moments), who process your audio or transcript only to return results. These providers may process data outside your country.

Retention

Uploads and clips are deleted after 30 days. Account and billing records are kept as required by law.

Your choices

You can delete any video and its clips at any time. To delete your account, email support@roundclip.com.
